The oldest place of pilgrimage in Bavaria is the famous Monastery Andechs with it´s very beautiful chapel and nice biergarten is only 10 km (6 miles) away. To access Lake Starnberg it takes only a 10 minute walk from the apartments. The Castle of Empress Sisi at the lakeside is a ten minute from the apartment in Poecking and 30 minute walk from the apartments in Feldafing.
